Our entry-level course, the SWIM Australia™ Teacher (SAT), gives you the competence and knowledge to teach swimming and water safety to independent learners from ages 2.5 years upward, emphasising safety, fun, and skill development. The course comprises of online theory and a one-day practical workshop.
Upon completing all the course requirements, candidates will receive an International SWIM Australia™ Teacher certificate, valid for three years.
This course is aimed at people entering the aquatics and community recreation industry, wishing to instruct swimming and water safety.
